Our Approach

I have always been a keen fitness individual and wanted to be able to help others and to create a community to change our lives together and to help each other aspire, achieve and believe. We want to be able to motivate anyone that wants to aim live a better life. If you would like to get get and make it fun by walking, running, cycling or even crawling at your own pace and 1st for fitness community can help, so set your goals and reach for the stars.

Our Story

I'm an active gym user and decided to take up running in Oct 2017. Soon afterwards I entered a small 5km run and become totally inspired and began running regularly and have completed many 10km runs. My next aim is now to run a Half Marathon. Since I began running I have become a much happier & healthier person and its changed my life. This then motivated me to create a community to change our lives together and 1st for fitness was born. We wanted to have an environment for individuals to share stories and inspire each other to become active and live a healthier life. Virtual running is a fun way to keep fit and enjoy yourself and we aim to help everyone achieve their fitness goals. We want you believe in yourself and with us you can do exactly that.
